 Kristi is a certified EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® practitioner as well as a CSI 2™ consultant, enabling her to integrate validated assessments with practical strategies that drive measurable results. Her expertise in workplace psychology, team dynamics, and leadership development allows her to design solutions that go beyond surface-level fixes.
